AboutAbout I learned that to be a good leader you must first learn to be a great follower. And if you want to move up successfully you have to teach the next person to be better than yourself. I’ve always been a natural leader. I know and understand that getting and staying successful cannot be done by one person alone. The metrics I use to define my own success are directly related to the success of others. I inspire those that don’t see their own potential because so many others did and continue to do the same for me. Taking a product from a napkin drawing to seeing it come to fruition is amazing to me. I am the very definition of the words Engineer, Entrepreneur, Educator, and Philanthropist. I specialize in making the impossible possible. My entire career has revolved around being in roles that require me to think for myself in the most expeditious manner. I am always prepared to address the angles, risks, or roadblocks that projects encounter. Always be prepared with Plan B. I model passion, drive, integrity and sense of community, committing my heart and soul to everything I choose to take part in. I use failure and adversity as an opportunity to learn and grow stronger. The effort it takes to be resilient, resourceful and tenacious isn’t easy—but it’s definitely worth it. At the end of the day, making a difference and being a part of something bigger than me is what’s important.
